Meet the Founder
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Tamarah Willingham is an entrepreneur, mentor, and community advocate dedicated to helping young people rise. Through years of leading teams and mentoring youth in the workplace, she has seen what happens when a young person is given guidance, structure, and someone who believes in them.
She founded Willingham Enterprise to help youth develop confidence, a strong work ethic, leadership abilities, communication skills, and the practical tools they need for lasting success.
